Davisbrook Properties was established in 2007 to pursue a passion for developing investment property and to successfully grow a private rental property portfolio in Manchester and Stockport.

In 2020 we rebranded our student housing to create Davisbrook Student Living. We are passionate about raising the standards of shared student accommodation through high quality homes in premier locations.
